The Busy Bee

I so intended to write these really great, witty, detailed posts.

One day... one day.

Since I started this blog about a month ago things all got a bit crazy for me, but everything is weirdly good at the moment.

Things are going surprisingly well with a new boy, despite our differences. He's off overseas soon (sigh, this is becoming a trend with me), but I'm still happy that we got together.

I'm enjoying Uni for the first time in a long time, and am starting to become more confident about my abilities to be smart/academic. For a long time I felt like a bit of a fraud. I changed from a Cinema Studies/Politics Major to an English/Politics Major, which has allowed me a fresh start. I didn't know that I'd ever get there, but this is the last semester of my degree- just four subjects to go.

Oh, and above is a picture of me at a recent Gimme Shelter that was posted on their website. I'm in the red. How famous am I?

Anyhoo, I'm off to Uni and my Italian lesson so I better get going. I'm already missing the film screening but I probably would have fallen asleep during it anyway. Who can watch a movie in the dark at 9am?

Hey Kids,

I'm still here. So much for writing regularly. Things got very busy for a while there. I tried to write something real just before but it didn't come out right and I'm not comfortable posting it on the web tonight. I'm going to write in my hard-copy diary and try and get all the stuff in my head sorted out.

Next post will be soon and more positive, I promise... just not tonight.
